So, the deluded National Constitution Party Executive Committee spends its donations to pursue windmills, basically.  Does a more productive use for these resources exist?  Yes, of course.  And CP-Idaho has made suggestions aplenty.  But…sadly, in the mindset of a gentrified  National Executive Committee, that windmill has consumed their sanity.
