Slow, But Steady….
November 5th, 2008by James N. Clymer, Constitution Party National Chairman
This election has shown a gradual change as voters stepped out of the “Big Box” and voted their conscience. In the presidential race as well as national and state-wide races Constituton Party candidates offered an alternative to the parties that now control our government.
While the numbers are not staggering, there has been encouraging growth!
Constitution Party Chuck Baldwin received almost 173,000 votes , not counting the as yet untabulated write-in votes which will likely tally several thousand more. This reflects an increase over the Constitution Party’s 2004 presidential tally, showing more voters ’get it’.
Thanks to your efforts we will continue to grow the Constitution Party with more fervor than than ever before.
Never have we seen our country’s basic freedoms so threatened.
As more Americans witness what will likely be enormous erosions to our Constitutional rights, we are confident there will be an increased awareness of just what’s at stake. The Constitution Party is poised to remain the unwavering voice of reason for those who will choose to put principle over party.
The Constitution Party is mobilizing to see even stronger numbers in future races, and we’re hoping we can count on you to continue our efforts to restore this Republic!
May God Bless our country !
Sincerely,
James N. Clymer,
Constitution Party National Committee Chairman
